Role Objective

Design high impact digital experiences and visual assets that support international client projects, sales growth, and Xorora’s brand positioning.

This role requires strong UI/UX capability as the primary skill, supported by branding and visual execution expertise.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design responsive websites and software interfaces
• Ensure usability, clarity, and conversion focus
• Present design concepts confidently to international clients

Branding

• Develop and maintain brand identity systems
• Create visual guidelines and structured design systems
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms

Sales Mockups

• Design high quality visual mockups for proposals and presentations
• Support Business Development team with pitch assets
• Translate service concepts into persuasive visual formats

Project Delivery Support

• Collaborate closely with developers during implementation
• Maintain design integrity during execution
• Ensure final output matches approved design direction

Company Social Media Creatives

• Design professional LinkedIn and company platform creatives
• Develop visual templates for structured content publishing
• Maintain consistent international brand positioning

3D Rendering & Basic Animation

• Create 3D visual concepts when required
• Develop basic 3D animations for presentations or marketing
• Support premium visual storytelling in sales pitches

Performance Expectations

• Deliver structured, conversion focused UI/UX solutions
• Maintain premium brand perception
• Support revenue generation through strong visual assets
• Contribute to Xorora’s international credibility

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in UI/UX and visual design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in branding and identity development
• Experience in 3D rendering and basic animation is a strong advantage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and visual work
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to confidently present work to international clients
• Night shift availability

Preferred

• Experience designing for SaaS or service based businesses
• Experience supporting sales teams
• Understanding of conversion focused design principles
