UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and usability principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, or similar
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
