Position: Senior UI/UX & Product Designer
Salary: 75,000-100,000 PKR
Job Type: Full time, On-site
Working Hours: 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Location: Soan Gardens, Islamabad

Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX & Product Designer with 2–5 years of experience to play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our digital products. This role combines user-centered design, product thinking, and interface design to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing solutions for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands user behaviour, solves complex problems through design, collaborates across teams, and contributes strategically to product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & UX Strategy:

• Translate product requirements and business goals into clear user flows and UX solutions.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate ideas and identify improvements.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor products to propose smart product enhancements.
• Work closely with the product manager to shape product direction and roadmap from a design perspective.

UI/UX Design Execution:

• Design modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed UI specifications.
• Develop interaction patterns and intuitive navigation flows.
• Apply mobile-first and responsive design principles to all solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Present design concepts and justify decisions using research, UX principles, and product logic.
• Work directly with stakeholders to refine ideas and define the best possible user experience.

Design Systems & Consistency:

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our design processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Arts, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX processes, and UI execution.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma and strong skills in prototyping, components, auto-layout, and design systems.
• Knowledge of design principles: typography, layout, grid systems, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, personas, journeys, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
• Experience conducting UX research and usability tests.
• Familiarity with design frameworks like Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, etc.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required).
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to turn complex workflows into simple, elegant designs.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
