Senior Umrah Consultant

Traventure is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and ownership-oriented Senior Umrah Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end Umrah sales, client servicing, and operational execution.

This is a senior-level role requiring complete understanding of Umrah package development, pilgrimage operations, sales, visa processing, supplier coordination, customer service, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently generating Umrah sales, managing client relationships, coordinating operations, and ensuring successful end-to-end pilgrimage delivery.

This role requires experience serving Umrah clients from diverse nationalities and international markets. The ideal candidate should be capable of professionally handling pilgrims from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds while delivering a seamless Umrah experience from initial inquiry through completion of the pilgrimage journey.

Key Responsibilities

Umrah Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of Umrah packages across multiple markets
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Build relationships with B2C clients, groups, agents, and partners
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop customized Umrah packages based on client requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Support business growth and expansion initiatives

Umrah Operations & Execution

  • Manage complete Umrah operations from booking to travel completion
  • Handle Umrah visa processing and documentation
  • Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and ground services
  • Liaise with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and operational partners
  • Manage reservations, confirmations, amendments, and travel documentation
  • Ensure smooth operational execution and service delivery

Client Experience & Pilgrim Support

  • Guide and support pilgrims throughout their Umrah journey
  • Handle customer communication professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Ensure pilgrims receive accurate guidance and support before, during, and after travel

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Improve operational efficiency and service standards
  • Support package development and product enhancement
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Work closely with management on growth and operational strategies
  • Take full ownership of assigned sales and operational responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Umrah sales and operations
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Umrah visa processes
  • Airline ticketing
  • Hotel reservations and contracting
  • Ground transportation and pilgrimage logistics
  • Umrah package development and costing
  • Customer service and pilgrim management
  • Proven experience handling international Umrah clients from multiple nationalities and markets
  • Strong understanding of diverse cultural, customer service, and pilgrimage requirements
  • Ability to professionally communicate with clients from different countries and backgrounds
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to independently manage complete Umrah operations and business functions
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Experience in GCC, international, or multi-national Umrah markets is highly preferred
