Senior Unreal Developer

Position Overview:

Argon Tech Inc is seeking a Senior Unreal Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Unreal Engine development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interactive game features, focusing on social systems and player engagement mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement game features using Unreal Engine.
• Build and maintain social game features such as:
• Leaderboards
• Tournaments
• Rewards systems (daily rewards, send/receive rewards)
• User profile management
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend developers to ensure smooth feature integration.
• Optimize performance and ensure high-quality player experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing Unreal projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in Unreal Engine development.
• Strong understanding of multiplayer systems and social gameplay features.
• Hands-on experience with Blueprints and C++.
• Portfolio: A portfolio is mandatory demonstrating previous Unreal Engine projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 2-3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
