Senior Upseller + Project Manager (Night Shift)

Location: Nazimabad, Karachi
Shift: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (based on experience) + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Upseller + Project Manager to join our growing software house. This role combines international sales, client communication, and project management. You will be directly responsible for handling client calls, upselling services, managing proposals, and coordinating with our in-house team to ensure projects run smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience on Fiverr, Upwork, or direct client sales who is looking to grow into a senior management role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to leads on Fiverr & Upwork with professional proposals.
• Writing personalized proposals & follow-ups that convert.
• Handling direct client calls (Zoom/Google Meet) confidently.
• Managing client communication & expectations.
• Coordinating deliverables with the internal team.
• Keeping projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supporting admin & reporting tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal & written English (must be confident in client calls).
• Experience with Fiverr / Upwork and international clients.
• Understanding of digital services (design, development, marketing).
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in upselling, client handling, or project management.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Must be available for evening/night shifts (09 PM – 06 AM).

Education
