Senior Urban Planner

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Urban Planner to join our team for a large-scale mixed-use development project on the North Coast. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of a landmark coastal destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate master planning activities for a large-scale coastal development
• Prepare land use plans, zoning layouts, and infrastructure frameworks
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis (environmental, traffic, utilities, and demographics)
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with local planning regulations and environmental standards
• Support stakeholder presentations and planning approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of coastal planning regulations and sustainable development practices
• Proficiency in planning and GIS software
• Excellent coordination and project management skills
