Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join the team of our client, one of the leading semi governmental organizations in Dubai.

You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, inclusive, and guest centric digital experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring design quality, accessibility, and innovation.

This role has a contract duration of 12 months with the potential for renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience Design: Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs; deliver responsive, accessible, and consistent experiences; maintain and evolve design systems and reusable components.
• Research & Insights: Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing; analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions; provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders and developers.
• Collaboration & Governance: Partner with internal teams and external agencies; validate vendor UX outputs; embed accessibility and inclusive design principles; act as a bridge between business and digital teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor user interactions to identify enhancement opportunities; recommend improvements to boost engagement and satisfaction; stay updated with UX trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5-7 years of UX design experience (aviation or consumer/B2C preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of UX research, testing methodologies, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaborative problem solving skills.
• Guest focused mindset with a creative and analytical approach.

Availability

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately. Candidates must be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
