Job Position: UI/UX & Graphic Designer (Req: NAVTTC- Experienced)
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate
UI/UX & Graphic Design Instructor
who has both user-centric design principles for digital products and core visual communication techniques. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training modules that bridge the gap between aesthetic execution and functional, user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. NAVTTC Course Development & Delivery

Design Training Modules:
Develop and maintain comprehensive, hands-on course material covering the full spectrum of UI/UX and Graphic Design disciplines.

Instruction:
Deliver engaging lectures, practical workshops, and critiques, ensuring students grasp both theoretical concepts and industry-standard workflows.

Assessments:
Create and grade assignments, projects, and final portfolios, providing constructive feedback to measure student progress and readiness for professional roles.
2. UI/UX Instruction Focus (Digital Product Design)

Instruct students in the principles of
User Research
, guiding them through gathering and analyzing user data (interviews, surveys).

Teach students to define
Information Architecture (IA)
, map
User Flows
, and develop service blueprints.

Lead practical sessions on creating
Wireframes
and developing interactive
Prototypes
using industry-leading tools.

Cover methodologies for conducting effective
Usability Testing
and translating feedback into design iterations.

Educate on
Interaction Design
principles and the importance of
Design Systems
for scalable digital products.
3. Graphic Design Instruction Focus (Visual Communication)

Teach fundamental principles of
Typography, Color Theory, Visual Hierarchy, Layout Design, and Composition
.

Guide students in applying these principles to create various static and dynamic assets (branding materials, marketing collateral, illustrations, etc.).

Instruct on best practices for visual brand consistency and file preparation for both digital and print production.
Required Technical Expertise (Tools)

Mastery in collaborative design, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation by using any tools of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq.

Mastery for image editing, vector graphic creation, layout design, and print production by using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of current, professional experience in a hybrid UI/UX and Graphic Design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-level execution in both areas.

Proven Record in teaching and training for at least a Year or Less experienced in NAVTTC Institutes.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
