Senior Utilities Engineer (Facilities Management)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Utilities Engineer to oversee and manage utility systems within large-scale facilities operations. The role focuses on ensuring reliable performance, efficiency, and compliance of essential utilities supporting building operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operation and maintenance of utilities systems (water, electricity, drainage, chilled water, and related infrastructure)
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utility networks and plant systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted utility supply to facilities
• Coordinate with FM teams, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and upgrades
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for utility system failures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and operational procedures
• Review technical reports, inspection data, and maintenance logs
• Support planning and implementation of utility improvement and efficiency projects
• Respond to emergencies affecting critical utility services

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
✔ Minimum 10+ years of experience
✔ Strong knowledge of building utilities systems and infrastructure operations
✔ Experience in preventive maintenance and utility system optimization
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
✔ Good understanding of HSE and FM operational standards
