What You'll Do:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for the user, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You will be a key player in our product team, translating user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from initial research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.
- Conduct and lead user research and usability testing to deeply understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Synthesize findings into actionable design insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and features.
- Create and maintain design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization, ensuring design decisions are data-informed and user-validated.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in a UX design role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency with modern AI based design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Loveable, Zeplin.
- Proven experience leading user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests) and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
