Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior UX Designer/Architect to design and improve user experiences across enterprise-grade products. This role requires someone who can simplify complex workflows, optimize dashboards, and deliver intuitive user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize UX for enterprise platforms (not just websites).
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into user-first solutions.
• Present and explain design choices (flows, colours, accessibility, rationale).
• Mentor junior designers and drive design thinking.

Required Experience:

• 5–10 years of UX design experience in platforms/SaaS/enterprise products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Sketch/Adobe CC/InVision/Miro is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to explain design rationale clearly.

Nice to Have: Design degree, UX certifications, accessibility knowledge, basic HTML/CSS.

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
