Summary:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape the user experience of our fintech platform. This role is a foundational part of the product trio, representing usability and ensuring customer needs drive product decisions. The role involves translating complex business and financial processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant experiences that enhance usability and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a foundational member of the product trio alongside product management and engineering, representing usability and user needs
- Translate problems and opportunities identified by Product Management and UX Research into design solutions that address customer needs and business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user stories to user flows, and high-fidelity designs using design system components
- Apply Jobs to be Done framework to understand customer motivations and desired outcomes
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX Research to define success metrics, validate design solutions, and iterate based on testing results
- Conduct lightweight usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design iterations
- Define information architecture and interaction patterns that solve complex user problems
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives
- Provide feedback to the design system team on component needs and pattern gaps discovered through product work
- Track and analyze how designs perform against defined success metrics in partnership with Product Management and UX Research
Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS or fintech products
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity design work across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of Jobs to be Done framework and ability to apply it to solution design
- Proven ability to translate customer problems and opportunities into actionable design solutions
- Expert proficiency with Figma, including working with design system components and creating high-fidelity designs
- Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies
- Experience conducting lightweight usability testing and synthesizing user feedback
- Experience defining and tracking success metrics in collaboration with product management and research teams
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions
- Strong experience working within established design systems and providing constructive feedback for system improvements
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React and Flutter and front-end development concepts
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Strong facilitation skills for collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams
