User Experience Researcher

Role Overview:

As a User Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping Floward’s digital products and services by uncovering insights about our users’ behaviors, needs, and pain points. You will work closely with the Product & Design teams to ensure our platform provides the best possible experience for customers ordering flowers and gifts.

Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Using various research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics)
• Analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tracking tools

Product & UX Strategy:

• Translating research findings into actionable insights
• Developing customer personas and journey maps to enhance product strategy
• Organizing and leading user testing sessions to evaluate prototypes and improve UI/UX

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers
• Advocating for a user-centric design approach and ensuring customer feedback is considered in decision-making

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Staying updated with industry trends and research methodologies
• Continuously improving research practices at Floward

Who We’re Looking For:

• A candidate based in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, UX Research, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in user research within a digital product environment.
• Proficiency in research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Maze, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience conducting both remote and in-person user interviews.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present research findings effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the e-commerce, gifting, or flower industry is a plus!
