Senior UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with 510 years of experience in designing digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and hands-on expertise in crafting seamless user experiences across web and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design process - from research to wireframes to final design handoff
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive UI experiences
• Design dashboards, enterprise tools, and data-heavy interfaces (preferred)
• Ensure consistency through design systems and UX standards
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Optimize user flows based on analytics and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 510 years of professional experience in UX Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving approach, and case studies
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
• Experience working on SaaS / Enterprise / Legal-Tech platforms (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and interaction design
• Experience collaborating in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience in Legal-Tech / AI-based platforms
• Exposure to UX writing
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React optional)
• Experience handling design for data-driven dashboards
