Senior Website Designer – UI / UX

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Website Designer (UI/UX) who can lead the design direction of modern, high-conversion websites. This role requires strong visual design skills, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to rapidly create multiple design concepts for client presentations.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and be capable of producing 3–4 unique website design concepts per day for different client projects, landing pages, or redesigns.

You will work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to transform business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused website experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, modern, and user-centric website UI/UX experiences for various industries and clients.
• Produce 3–4 distinct website concepts daily based on project briefs, brand guidelines, and client goals.
• Create wireframes, UI layouts, design systems, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Translate business and user requirements into visually appealing and functional website designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI and user flows.
• Maintain consistency in visual standards, design patterns, and usability across all projects.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and conversion performance.
• Continuously research modern UI/UX trends, tools, and web design best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX or Website Designer in a digital agency or product-based environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional website UI/UX projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for layouts, components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and modern web standards.
• Ability to efficiently create multiple design concepts under tight timelines.
• Excellent visual design skills, typography sense, layout composition, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

• Figma: Minimum 2 year (Required)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
