Senior UX Designer. Conduct user research and testing through various
methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and shadowing, and
synthesizing insights to inform design decisions. Design solutions through
iterative feedback processes. Understand and define problems, subsequently
creating user flows, user journeys, architecture, wireframes, and prototypes to
document and articulate design requirements. Collaborate effectively and
work cross-functionally. Advocate for user needs and UX principles. Mentor
and provide feedback. Work within the established in-house design system
and propose enhancements. Effectively communicate problems and solutions.
Participate in cross-functional design critiques with other designers.
Understand how digital solutions integrate with operational and other physical
processes. Ensure continuity and quality of the product experience.
Continuously develop an expert understanding of worldwide e-commerce
marketplaces and their supporting logistics. Stay informed on the competitive
landscape and apply insights appropriately. Requires Master's degree in
Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, Industrial Design,
Psychology, or other related field and knowledge of UX responsibilities,
encompassing user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping,
UX writing, problem-solving, and the application of iterative design processes
informed by feedback and data; Proficiency in Figma, including experience in
developing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs;
Knowledge of various user research methodologies, including user interviews,
usability testing, and surveys, coupled with the ability to synthesize findings
into actionable design insights; Familiarity with designing for both desktop
and mobile interfaces; Understanding project management tools to track
projects and timelines; Possesses technical proficiency to effectively utilize
and contribute to a design system; Skilled in designing experiences that
seamlessly integrate with current operational and physical processes.
