We are looking for a Senior UX UI Designer who can live in two worlds and thrive. You will lead UX and design for websites and landing pages, then bring those experiences to life through front end implementation in WordPress. This role sits at the intersection of experience design, conversion focused strategy, and front end development. You will collaborate daily with strategy, content, SEO, GEO, and paid media to create experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and measurable results for both B2B and B2C clients.

What You Will Do
UX, UI, and Experience Design
-
Lead discovery and UX planning for website and landing page engagements including user flows, key tasks, information architecture recommendations, wireframes, and prototypes

Design modern, clean, conversion minded UI aligned to brand, strategy, and campaign goals

Audit existing sites to identify UX friction, accessibility concerns, and front end issues and then recommend and implement improvements

Maintain a consistent UX system and component approach that is reusable and scalable across projects
WordPress and Front End Development
-
Build and ship WordPress sites including templates, global sections, and reusable components
-
Translate UI designs into responsive, accessible front end code using strong HTML, CSS, and practical JavaScript
-
Implement CMS structures and systems that support content authors and reduce custom one off page creation
-
Configure and manage plugins with a disciplined, minimal approach to avoid bloat and ensure stability

Troubleshoot issues across environments, browsers, devices, and WordPress ecosystems

Support light custom development including templates, integrations, forms, and tracking requirements
Performance, QA, GEO, and Compliance

Identify and fix performance issues using best practices including image optimization, script hygiene, and caching awareness

Lead QA standards across responsiveness, browser compatibility, forms, accessibility, and launch readiness

Ensure SEO and GEO best practices are followed, including adherence to accessibility expectations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sites align with privacy needs, compliance requirements, and any client specific regulations
Strategy and Collaboration

Partner with internal teams to ensure each site supports brand strategy and campaign objectives

Monitor performance metrics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities and implement iterative improvements

Stay current on UX, WordPress, and front end trends and apply them with intention rather than complexity

Build proof of concept prototypes to validate ideas or support client pitches
-
Support experimentation efforts including A and B testing across landing pages and conversion paths
Website Maintenance and Support

Maintain multiple client web properties including updates, enhancements, fixes, and ongoing improvements
-
Respond to site issues quickly and calmly with a solutions oriented mindset
-
Uphold security best practices including diligent updates to core, plugins, and themes
Requirements:
What You Bring
-
6+ years of experience in a hybrid UX UI and front end development role
-
Strong hands on experience building marketing sites in WordPress
-
Experience with Breakdance is strongly preferred
-
A portfolio that shows both your thinking and your visual execution
-
High proficiency in HTML, CSS, responsive design, cross browser compatibility, and JavaScript fundamentals

Experience managing multiple web properties at once

Familiarity with CMS ecosystems and integrations including HubSpot CMS, Shopify, and Webflow

Experience with DNS management

Understanding of how hosting and server environments influence load times and performance

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

A self starter mindset with strong time management in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Comfort using AI tools such as Co Pilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar resources to support efficiency and quality
