Senior UX/ UI Engineer

As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping engaging and effective user experiences across all web-based platforms and applications. You will be responsible for the complete UI/UX lifecycle from gathering requirements and conceptualizing design solutions, through wireframing and prototyping, to implementing and optimizing responsive interfaces. Working closely with product owners, engineers, and the broader design team, you will ensure that all digital products are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and business objectives. Your work will directly influence usability, brand perception, and the overall quality of user interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of modern, responsive UIs for web-based enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and QA to translate business requirements and user needs into interactive prototypes and production-ready code.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain front-end codebases in React.js (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks), ensuring design fidelity and performance.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in product interfaces.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
• Ensure brand consistency, visual standards, and a seamless user journey across all platforms.
• Document UI/UX guidelines, component libraries, and reusable design patterns.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in our products.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar role.
• Strong command of modern frontend technologies: React.js (preferred), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or SaaS applications.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, or other design/prototyping tools.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
• Understanding of UX research methodologies, persona development, and journey mapping.
• Ability to translate wireframes and user flows into functional, pixel-perfect code.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Strong portfolio of live projects or interactive prototypes demonstrating your UI/UX skills.
