Senior UX & UI Engineer

As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing engaging, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces for enterprise-scale applications. You will own the full UI/UX lifecycle—from understanding requirements and crafting design concepts to developing production-ready code and continuously optimizing interfaces. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will ensure our platforms not only look visually appealing but also provide seamless and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of responsive UIs for SaaS and enterprise-grade platforms.
• Work with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to convert requirements into intuitive prototypes and pixel-perfect implementations.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Implement modern design systems and reusable component libraries using Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
• Integrate and optimize applications with REST APIs and Firebase while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Apply microfrontend architecture principles to build modular, maintainable, and flexible UI systems.
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-platform responsiveness.
• Ensure brand consistency, design fidelity, and smooth user journeys across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on UI/UX improvements.
• Maintain Git-based version control and collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support deployment workflows and containerization using Docker.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, frontend frameworks, and design innovations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, Frontend Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase integrations and real-time application development.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent prototyping tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build enterprise dashboards, SaaS platforms, or data-intensive applications.
• Strong command of responsive and adaptive design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap).
• Experience in microfrontend architecture and modular application design.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of UX research, persona creation, and customer journey mapping.
• Portfolio showcasing live projects or interactive prototypes highlighting UI/UX and frontend engineering expertise.
