The Opportunity
SportsBiz is transforming the $100B sports sponsorship ecosystem through our proprietary AI-powered decision-making and analytics platform, DeepSport Solutions. Our SaaS technology uncovers hidden inefficiencies in sponsorship investments and empowers brands to make smart, data-driven decisions—instantly.
We're looking for a dynamic, imaginative, team-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer who wants to play a defining role in shaping our product experience, design culture, and brand identity. This is a high-ownership role with direct influence across product, engineering, marketing, and executive strategy.
Important – Pay Structure
SportsBiz is in active fundraising mode. All current team members are compensated through equity plus routine stipends until funding closes (anticipated in Q1/Q2).
Full salary + bonus + benefits begin upon successful round closure.
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, You Will:Lead Design Vision & Execution
- Define and drive a unified design strategy across SportsBiz products—current and future.
- Deliver pixel-perfect, world-class UI that elevates our brand and strengthens user trust.
- Establish scalable frameworks, design systems, and reusable components.
Collaborate Across the Company
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and the Executive Team.
- Translate complex data into elegant, intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Guide engineers through UX thinking and best practices.
Champion Creativity & Innovation
- Promote rapid iteration, user-centered research, and thoughtful experimentation.
- Mentor and inspire a growing team of designers.
- Align design decisions with brand strategy, product value, and business goals.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:Core Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on UX/UI product design experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics platforms, or complex systems.
- Mastery of Figma with exceptional skills across layout, hierarchy, typography, responsive design, and prototyping.
- Proven experience building and scaling design systems, pattern libraries, and brand architecture.
- A portfolio that demonstrates intelligent UX thinking, interaction design excellence, and shipped end-to-end products.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and executive leadership.
Nice-to-Have / Strong Differentiators
- Experience designing data dashboards, analytics tools, or AI-powered user experiences.
- Fluency in user research, usability testing, and behavioral insights.
- Ability to translate technical or statistical concepts into intuitive workflows.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS/React) to support design handoff.
- Experience working in early-stage startups and comfort with ambiguity.
- A passion for sports, marketing, sponsorship analytics, or the creator economy.

Compensation
Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year (begins post-funding)
Immediate Compensation: Equity + routine stipends until funding closes
Long-Term: Salary + bonus + equity + revenue sharing + benefits
