Senior UX/UI Designer

About Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with user-centered thinking and a deep understanding of product development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistent experiences.
• Advocate for user centered design principles and best practices across teams.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to improve design quality.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–7+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design, UX problem solving, and UI creativity.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable designs.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience designing for SaaS products or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure user experience impact.
