Senior UX/UI Designer

Roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Conduct hands-on UX and UI activities including journey mapping, task flows, wireframing and component design
• Create high-fidelity designs that align with the brand direction, accessibility standards, and modern mobile and desktop design patterns using design system components.
• Support and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficient integration with engineering teams.
• Partner closely with product owners, engineers, and data/AI teams in an agile delivery model, participating in ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, planning, retros) to ensure alignment and rapid iteration.
• Review front-end implementations, ensuring pixel-perfect quality, usability, accessibility, and adherence to the design system.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address design gaps, provide clarifications, and ensure features are delivered as intended.
• Support creation of interactive prototypes for user testing, stakeholder presentations, and feasibility validation with developers.
