Senior Associate/Vice President / Senior Vice President (Private Equity)

They are seeking exceptional Vice President (VP) and Senior Vice President (SVP) candidates to join their expanding team. What You’ll Do

• Own the evaluation and execution of new investments end-to-end, drive value creation across portfolio companies, and cultivate relationships with founders, management teams, advisers, and co-investors.
• Source and assess new opportunities; lead commercial/financial due diligence, modeling, valuation, and IC materials.
• Take full ownership of platform and add-on acquisitions, including advisor coordination and negotiations.
• Lead sector reviews, market mapping, and strategic deep dives.
• Design and track growth, profitability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish OKRs/KPIs with management, oversee board reporting, and prepare for exit strategies.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with founders, executives, banks, and advisors.
• Proactively develop pipeline in target sectors; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Run multiple workstreams (deal and portfolio) concurrently to high standards.
• Coach and quality-assure Analyst/Associate output; set pace and structure for the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic track record; top-tier university degree. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 –10+ years in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity (more for SVP).
• Exposure to entrepreneurship or working with founders is a plus.
• Advanced financial/operating modeling; deep understanding of company financials, business models, and market dynamics.
• Energetic, curious, data-driven; thrives in fast-paced, less-structured environments; hands-on problem solver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
