As Deloitte Turkey Strategy, Risk & Transactions services team, we have a broad range of advisory services which includes M&A Transaction Services, Corporate Finance Advisory, Valuation and Forensic. We offer client-specific, value-added services based on our clients’ needs for well-designed and efficiently executed transactions.

M&A Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) team under the Strategy, Risk & Transactions service line is looking for highly motivated and analytical professionals to join its growing team.

We are looking for “Transaction Services Associate / Senior Associate” for our Strategy, Risk & Transactions Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for strategic and financial investors,
• Analyze company financials and operational KPIs to assess earnings quality, working capital trends, and key deal risks,
• Prepare and tailor client-ready presentations and reports (primarily in PowerPoint), communicating key financial findings clearly and effectively,
• Work closely with other Deloitte Türkiye teams -Audit and Assurance, Tax and Legal, Technology & Transformation- as well as with Deloitte offices across other countries,
• Liaise with external advisors involved in transactions (e.g., legal, tax, commercial),
• Support proposal development and contribute to client discussions and relationship building,
• Participate in internal training and learning opportunities as part of your ongoing development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineering,
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a financial advisory firm, M&A house or one of the Big 4 accounting firms (audit or transaction services team),
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel,
• Comfortable preparing client-facing deliverables in PowerPoint,
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset,
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, project-based environments,
• Willingness to travel, depending on client needs.
