The Opportunity

We have exclusively partnered with a highly successful, well-funded National Data Center Developer that are quietly redefining the industry.

To support their next phase of hyper-scale and global expansion, they are seeking a stand out Senior Vice President of Engineering.

You will inherit a high-performing engineering organization of 150+ (scaling rapidly) and possess the absolute mandate to shape the technical vision, architectural evolution, and engineering culture from the top down. Reporting directly into the President of the organization, you will be shaping the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• 2 GW+ Pipeline Execution: Direct prime architecture, engineering, and MEP firms from Schematic Design (SD) through IFC.
• Next-Gen Cooling Innovation: Serve as the executive technical owner for high-density liquid cooling, direct-to-chip, and immersion environments.
• OFCI & Commissioning: Lead the technical strategy for all Owner-Furnished equipment, global vendor selection, FAT, and Level 1–5 commissioning.
• Strategic Liaison: Scale the internal engineering team and bridge the gap between field construction, design groups, and hyperscale clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Data Center Pedigree: 10+ years of engineering leadership on the owner/developer/operator side , steering 20+ MW programs from BOD to turnover.
• Multi-Disciplinary Expertise: BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Deep literacy across both disciplines is required to confidently evaluate complex MEP/structural schematics.
• Industry Standards: Deep knowledge of Uptime Tier III/IV, ASHRAE 90.4/TC 9.9, and NFPA codes.
• Credentials (Preferred): Active PE License and Uptime ATD credential.
