Job Summary

We are looking to hire experienced VICIdial / Dialer Administrator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing high-volume call center dialer systems.

This role is responsible for maintaining dialer stability, optimizing campaign performance, managing VoIP routing, and ensuring maximum agent productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VICIdial server environments
• Configure inbound and outbound campaigns
• Optimize dialing modes (Predictive, Progressive, Manual)
• Monitor dialer performance metrics (ASR, ACD, PDD, CPS)
• Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, latency, and server issues
• Manage carrier routing and call quality
• Create reports and dialer analytics
• Integrate dialer with CRM and lead systems
• Maintain DNC and compliance configurations
• Support call center operations team
• Calling Data Management
• Ensuring the team is getting good connects
• Working closely with the Team Leads Operations to ensure the performance of the calling team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience with VICIdial administration
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Asterisk, SIP, MySQL
• Experience managing high-volume outbound call centers
• Experience with server setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently in remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, debt settlement, solar or home services campaigns
• API integration experience
