Senior Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team at Motionminds Media. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, expert command over Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, and a passion for creating visually stunning and emotionally engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for weddings, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro for timeline editing, color correction, audio balancing, and sequence management.
• Use Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics, cinematic transitions, and visual effects.
• Collaborate closely with photographers, cinematographers, and the creative team to ensure consistent visual style and brand identity.
• Organize, label, and manage media assets efficiently to streamline the post-production workflow.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest creative standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (mandatory).
• Understanding of color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of pacing and rhythm.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in wedding or event video editing is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or Audition.
• Experience with motion graphics and title animations.
• Familiarity with social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.).

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, creativity, and performance.
