Senior Video Editor

Our work standards are international-first , with a strong emphasis on US brand aesthetics, clarity, and performance-driven editing .

We are hiring a Senior Video Editor (Premiere Pro–Focused) who can independently deliver client-ready work across short-form and long-form content.

This is a senior execution and team management role .

You are expected to operate with minimal supervision , strong leadership, and consistent quality.

• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and professional talking-head content
• Craft clear, compelling hooks within the first 2–3 seconds to improve retention
• Maintain clean pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow
• Apply on-brand captions using approved templates and style guidelines
• Use b-roll intentionally to enhance clarity and storytelling
• Deliver accurate, timely revisions based on creative feedback
• Maintain strict consistency with US-based brand aesthetics and visual standards
• Deliver edits that are ready for client delivery , not drafts requiring heavy correction

• Advanced, production-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic familiarity with After Effects (template or MOGRT usage only)
• Proven experience editing for US or UK-based clients or brands (Portfolio examples required)
• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, pacing, and retention mechanics
• Excellent visual judgment and brand aesthetics aligned with international standards
• Clean typography sense (font choice, spacing, hierarchy, readability)
• Ability to follow creative references and briefs precisely
• Highly organized workflow, strong attention to detail, and professional communication
• Ability to execute independently without constant direction

• Experience in health, fitness, wellness, or educational content
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced production environment

• Wedding, event, or local corporate video editors
• Editors trained only on local Pakistani client aesthetics
• Editors who rely heavily on flashy transitions or over-editing
• Editors who require constant supervision or struggle with structured feedback

PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month , based on:

• Portfolio quality
• Trial task performance
• Alignment with US-based brand aesthetics
• Ability to operate independently and lead a team of video editors
