As we expand our creative team, we are looking for Senior and Junior Video Editors who understand modern content formats, AI-assisted editing, and how to create videos that convert in today’s digital-first landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute editing for Reels, Ads, Explainers, Testimonials, UGC, Motion Graphics, and long-form content

Strong expertise in VFX and Motion Graphics

Collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and social media teams to develop video concepts aligned with campaign goals

Edit performance-driven creatives for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and Google Ads

Use AI tools to streamline editing workflows and enhance output quality

Repurpose content across multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios

Add captions, motion graphics, branding elements, sound design, and effects

Manage proxy workflows for data-heavy and high-resolution footage

Apply advanced colour grading using DaVinci Resolve and Lumetri Color in Premiere Pro

Guide junior editors or freelancers and maintain quality standards

Stay updated with platform trends, editing techniques, and algorithm changes

Requirements

2–4 years of professional video editing experience (agency experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour grading

Hands-on experience with Lumetri Color in Premiere Pro

Experience managing proxy workflows for heavy raw footage

Portfolio showcasing Reels, Ads, UGC edits, brand videos, and short-form storytelling

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro

Familiarity with AI-based editing tools such as Descript, Runway, Pictory, etc.

Strong understanding of social media trends, viral hooks, and high-performing formats

Excellent storytelling and visual editing sense

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

Team player comfortable working with strategists, designers, and marketers

Nice to Have

Motion graphics expertise

Knowledge of performance marketing or ad testing

Understanding of branding and product positioning

Experience working with eCommerce or lifestyle brands
