Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Video Editor (5+ years) specializing in long-form storytelling content.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the post-production pipeline—from raw footage to final broadcast-ready content—while collaborating closely with educators, creatives, and instructional designers.

Your editing will directly shape how thousands of learners experience our content.

What You’ll Do: Story-Driven Video Editing

• Edit long-form content including YouTube series, documentaries, interviews, and online courses
• Transform raw footage into compelling, narrative-driven visual experiences

Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement

• Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
• Enhance storytelling through creative visual layering and animation

Professional Post-Production

• Perform advanced color grading, sound design, and audio mixing
• Deliver polished, platform-ready content for multiple distribution channels

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with scriptwriters, educators, and designers to refine storytelling
• Ensure every video aligns with brand tone, educational goals, and audience engagement

Project Management

• Organize and manage large-scale video projects and media assets efficiently
• Handle multiple deadlines without compromising quality

Multi-Platform Optimization

• Adapt content for YouTube, social media, and e-learning platforms
• Ensure optimal quality, format, and audience experience across platforms

Innovation & Growth

• Stay updated with modern editing trends, tools, and techniques
• Continuously bring fresh creative ideas to elevate content quality

What We’re Looking For Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in long-form video editing
• Strong portfolio of documentaries, episodes, courses, or similar work (mandatory)

Technical Expertise

• Advanced skills in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro

Creative Skills

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and emotional impact
• Ability to turn complex ideas into visually engaging narratives

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• 3D animation experience
• VFX integration
• Live stream production experience
