Hiring: Senior Video Editor who knows how to stop the scroll. Not just cuts and transitions — someone who can turn ideas into content people actually watch, and who can own a project from raw footage to final delivery without being micromanaged.

Role: Senior Video Editor

If you enjoy storytelling through visuals, know how to create engaging, high-performing content, and are ready to take full ownership of projects from concept to final cut, this role gives you complete creative exposure and autonomy.

What you'll be doing

• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding
• Create reels, short-form content, and promotional videos
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and effects
• Design supporting graphics and visual assets using Illustrator
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on concepts, then take ownership of execution end-to-end
• Optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and asset libraries
• Independently prioritize and complete assignments with minimal supervision
• Mentor junior editors and review their work where needed
• Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and editing styles

What we're looking for

• 4–6 years of hands-on, professional video editing experience
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (graduation) in any discipline (Mass Communication, Film, Design, or related fields preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut — daily working knowledge required, not just familiarity
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Proven experience with social media content, short-form video preferred
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver assignments independently, from brief to final export, without close supervision
• Ability to take feedback constructively and turn around revisions quickly
• Strong attention to detail with a creative, self-driven mindset
• A portfolio or showreel is required to be considered
