You'll play a key role in shaping our creative output, mentoring junior editors, and ensuring every video meets the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead the editing of high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Transform raw client footage into engaging, polished content that aligns with brand objectives and audience preferences.
• Develop compelling storytelling through advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and pacing.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, branding, and content quality across all projects.
• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, marketers, and account managers throughout the creative process.
• Review, provide feedback to, and mentor junior video editors to maintain team quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging editing techniques to continuously improve content performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Optimize videos for platform-specific best practices and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing for digital and social media platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing short-form and long-form content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Experience creating content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for producing high-quality creative work.

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauher , block 2 Karachi
Job Shift Timings: Evening | 5 PM - 2 AM
Salary: 100K - 130K

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
