Senior YouTube Video Editor (Full-Time / Remote)

We’re not looking for a “video cutter.” We’re looking for a storyteller.

Someone who knows how to take raw footage and turn it into a YouTube experience — the kind that hooks viewers in the first 3 seconds and keeps them glued until the end.

We’re a performance-driven creative agency that builds, designs, and optimizes landing pages for high-growth eCommerce brands.

Now we’re scaling our content engine — and we need an editor who can translate insights, strategy, and storytelling into high-impact YouTube videos that don’t just get views… they drive leads, sales, and authority.

What You’ll Do

• Edit 5–7 YouTube videos per week (talking head, screen recordings, case studies, breakdowns, and educational-style content)
• Craft engaging hooks, tight pacing, and narrative flow that maximizes retention
• Add motion graphics, b-roll, and on-brand visuals to enhance storytelling
• Repurpose long-form videos into short clips for other platforms
• Work directly with our founder and creative team to maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic
• Continuously test new formats, styles, and pacing to improve performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience editing for YouTube channels with proven growth
• Deep understanding of pacing, retention, and storytelling on YouTube
• Ability to turn talking-head or educational footage into engaging visual stories
• Experience with YouTube analytics and audience engagement is a plus
• Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
• Bonus: Experience editing for marketing, business, or DTC/eCommerce content

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
