Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Long Form Video Editor to join our content team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for editing, managing, and delivering high-quality long-form video content such as full-length podcast episodes. Long Form editor will be responsible for taking client raw interview files, enhancing the audio quality and editing them for video and audio as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team to plan long-form content, maintain an organized, deadline-driven content calendar
• Edit and produce visually engaging, narrative-rich videos optimized for platforms like YouTube, with a focus on maximizing viewer engagement and retention
• Ensure all video content aligns with client expectations, brand guidelines, and platform best practices
• Review and revise video content to meet high production standards and implement team feedback efficiently
• Deliver assigned content on time, consistently meeting quality benchmarks and adhering to company SOPs
• Communicate proactively with the Podcast Manager regarding progress, challenges, or required revisions
• Stay aligned with the company’s daily task system (e.g., Notion) and project timelines
• Maintain flexibility with working hours when necessary to accommodate project needs

Requirements

• Proficiency in video and audio editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional content
• Experience in podcast editing or similar formats is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Strong storytelling, communication, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of podcasting trends and industry standards is an advantage
