About Freestyle

We're a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in downtown Oklahoma City doing work that moves for financial institutions, health organizations, universities, tourism boards and everyone in between. Our video and photography work is client-facing, deadline-driven and consistently high quality. We're looking for someone who can help us keep it that way.

The Role

You've done this before. You know what a production looks like when it's running well and you know exactly what it takes to get it there. You can walk into a client meeting, build a shoot schedule from scratch, maintain a solid budget and budget spreadsheet, show up on location ready to capture and deliver edited work that holds up against any market.

At Freestyle, you'll lead video production across a diverse client roster managing everything from pre-production logistics to day-of execution to post-production delivery. You'll work alongside creative directors and account teams, own contractor relationships and be the person who keeps complex, multi-location productions from falling apart.

What You'll Do

•
Lead end-to-end production on video and photography projects across multiple concurrent clients and campaigns

•
Own all pre-production logistics: budgets, call sheets, vendor sourcing, location coordination, travel scheduling and crew management

•
Build and manage relationships with a contractor network: knowing who to call and when

•
Maintain the master production calendar, anticipate conflicts and solve appropriately

•
Partner with creative leadership to translate brand strategy into production decisions

•
Collaborate with leadership on original film productions as Freestyle expands its work in long-form and branded storytelling

•
Serve as the lead for the agency with film partnerships

What We're Looking For

•
5+ years of video production experience in an agency, production company or in-house creative environment

•
A track record of owning complex, multi-location productions from brief through final delivery

•
Oklahoma ties or existing relationships in the local film production community

•
Fluent in Premiere Pro or equivalent; comfortable across the post-production workflow

•
Experience managing freelancers, contractors and production vendors

•
The kind of organized that other people depend on

•
A portfolio that shows range

Nice to Have

•
Strong shooting skills across video and event photography, you can lead a shoot and still be behind the camera

•
Experience with clients in banking, higher education, tourism or healthcare

•
Oklahoma ties or existing relationships in the local production and creative community

•
Familiarity with multi-day event coverage and conference productions

•
Experience with event coverage and edited deliverables

•
Edit and deliver social cuts, long-form video and photography selects with professional speed and consistency

Hours and Compensation

•
Minimum of three years experience at an in-house or agency setting

Full-time salaried (Salary commensurate with experience)

Minimum 40 hours per week (8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday)

In office on Mondays, Wednesdays and available for in-person meetings as needed

•
Salary commensurate with experience
