Senior Video Producer (Post-Production & Motion) Remote

Drone Champions League (DCL) is hiring a highly experienced, international level video creative to deliver world class edits for our races, pilots, events, and brand storytelling, from YouTube episodes and trailers/teasers, to highlight packages, presentation videos, and digital magazine style content.

If you can turn raw footage into premium, cinematic content that feels like a top tier sports broadcast + esports hype… you’ll fit in perfectly.

What you’ll create

· Action packed DCL race edits: highlights, recaps, moments, hero sequences, social cutdowns

· Trailers & teasers for events, launches, episodes, partner announcements

· YouTube episodes + VODs: cutting recordings into clean, engaging long-form content

· Pilot profiles and story-driven features

· Presentation videos / brand films for partners and sales decks

· High end motion graphics & animation (broadcast polish, titles, maps, UI overlays, explainers)

What you’ll own (day to day)

· End to end pos production workflow: edit, sound, pacing, music, polish

· Fast delivery on tight deadlines (especially during race weeks)

· Clear communication with the team (feedback cycles, versions, handovers)

· Using AI tools intelligently inside your workflow (speed + quality, not gimmicks)

Must haves

· Pro level portfolio/showreel (you must have proof of premium work)

· Excellent English communication (written + spoken)

· Strong mastery of industry standard editing tools (Premiere/After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve)

· Strong storytelling instincts + pacing + rhythm + sound design

· Comfortable working in a fast-moving performance environment

Big plus points

· 3D skills (Blender / C4D / Unreal / Houdini — any = huge advantage)

· Advanced motion systems (templates, modular graphics packages)

· Experience in sports / motorsport / esports / action content

Work culture

· Cool, collaborative environment.

· Weekends off in normal weeks, but during events/races, we work when the action happens.
