Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate visuals for digital channels: social media, campaigns, websites, and product showcases.Create clean, brand-aligned 2D animations (5–30 seconds) for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.Turn scripts or ideas into smooth animated videos with clean transitions and effects.Maintain the O3 Interfaces design system and ensure every piece reflects our brand identity.Work on illustrations, infographics, and creative assets for blogs, ads, or any marketing materials.Iterate designs quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas for visual storytelling.

Key Requirements:

2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and 2D animation (agency or in-house)Strong proficiency in:Adobe After Effects (animation & motion graphics)Illustrator & Photoshop (graphic and visual design)Premiere Pro (video editing)Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.A creative mindset with attention to visual detail and storytelling.Ability to manage timelines and multiple design tasks independently.A portfolio with examples of short-form animations or high-quality brand visuals.
