Senior Videographer

Summary Statement:

The Senior Videographer is responsible for creating compelling video content that tells our brand's story, engages our audience, and highlights our resort's amenities and experiences. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical video production skills, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.

Primary Job Duties : Includes but is not limited to:

  • Develop and execute creative video concepts that align with marketing strategies and brand.
  • Lead the video production process from concept to completion, including pre-production planning, filming, and post- production editing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content meets strategic objectives and is delivered on time.
  • Manage video shoots, ensuring high production value and brand.
  • Stay abreast of the latest video production techniques and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Strong storytelling and creative conceptualization.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in the hospitality or entertainment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video production work, including promotional videos, documentaries, and event coverage.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • 5+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a marketing or agency.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
