Senior Videographer & Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Videographer & Editor to lead the creation of high-quality visual content for ads, real estate, events, and lifestyle campaigns. If you live behind the camera, love cinematic shots, and know how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content for social media, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots.
• Operate professional cameras, drones, and lighting equipment.
• Capture cinematic footage for advertising, real estate, and lifestyle content.
• Edit videos using professional software, including color grading, audio enhancement, text, transitions, and effects.
• Create short-form content optimized for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing Director to bring concepts to life.
• Organize, back up, and manage video files and project archives.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand quality standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, CapCut (or similar tools).
• Basic graphic design using Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience operating drones (DJI series preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license (for on-site and outdoor shoots).
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Portfolio / showreel is required with your application (links to previous work).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
