Senior Virtual Bookkeeper

Bukhari HR Consultancy is hiring on behalf of one of its accounting service provider clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Virtual Bookkeeper who maintains exceptional standards and continuously seeks to improve and simplify accounting workflows.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building robust financial systems that enable businesses to scale efficiently without heavy owner dependency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
• Develop and implement efficient accounting workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes
• Maintain accurate financial records for US/UAE-based clients
• Ensure timely and precise reporting for decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelors of Commerce / Accounting & Finance
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• QBO ProAdvisor certification (preferred)
• 1 - 2 years working experience with US or UAE clients
• Solid understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and compliance
• Ability to think long-term and solve complex financial challenges
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset

Job Conditions

• Full-Time Role Only (No part-time or freelancers with multiple clients)
• Fully Remote Position
• Must be available during evening/night shift (PKT)
