Job Summary:

The Senior Virtual Sales Executive is a key player in driving a company's sales targets through remote customer engagement and digital communication channels. This role involves leveraging various online tools and platforms to connect with potential and existing clients, presenting product or service offerings, addressing inquiries, and closing sales. By utilizing effective sales techniques and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, Virtual Sales Representatives help expand the customer base and foster long-term client relationships, contributing significantly to revenue growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to sales targets and sales pipeline development, and increasing SaaS subscriber base.

  • Prospecting to acquire new clients (via outbound engagement, calls, emails, etc.)

  • Conduct online meetings, demos, etc.

  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs and interests

  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers

  • Prepare and send sales proposals

  • Ability to track RFPs and comply

  • Follow up on sent proposals

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals

  • Maintain and update CRM system

  • Track sales activities and metrics

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies

  • Provide accurate product or service information

  • Answer customer questions

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues

  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics

  • Conduct virtual meetings

  • Attend sales training sessions

  • Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends

  • Monitor competitor activities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Coordinate with other departments for customer satisfaction and order fulfillmen

Requirements:
  • Jordanian or Lebanese, with proven experience in sales in GCC

  • Minimum 5–10 years of B2B IT solutions sales experience, preferably in SaaS

  • Proven track record in remote or virtual sales environments, handling full sales cycles from qualification to close.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets/quotas, ideally with quotas between > $500K annually.

  • Track record in operating in GCC markets and with GCC clients

  • . Experience working with solution selling, consultative sales, or value-based selling methodologies.

  • & challenger-sale methodology certified Familiarity with sales in complex or long-cycle environments (e.g., education, government, enterprise, etc.).

  • Cycle Ownership: End-to-end (prospect close), supported by marketing & solutions consultants & Presale
