The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa and Immigration Consultant to manage a diverse portfolio of cases. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and ensuring accurate, timely preparation and submission of applications for various visa categories (e.g., work permits, permanent residency, study permits, family sponsorships, citizenship). You will play a key role in our firm's success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, up-to-date advice on immigration pathways, eligibility requirements, and procedures for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, NZ, and the EU.
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments, gather and review documentation, and identify potential challenges or risks in applications.
  • Prepare, review, and submit high-quality visa, permit, and residency applications with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Liaise with government agencies (e.g., USCIS, IRCC, UKVI), embassies, and legal counsel as required.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential client files and case management system records.
  • Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and service standards.
  • Keep abreast of constantly changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, guiding them with empathy and professionalism throughout their immigration journey.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants or support staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience preparing and filing a wide range of immigration applications.
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of immigration programs for at least two key jurisdictions (e.g., US Non-Immigrant Visas, Canadian Express Entry, UK Points-Based System).
  • Experience with case management software and digital application portals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Unwavering commitment to compliance, ethics, and client confidentiality.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.

Preferred Skills (Assets)

  • Accreditation or membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., RCIC in Canada, OISC in the UK, MARA in Australia).
  • Experience in corporate/business immigration.
  • Proficiency in a second language relevant to our client base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
