Senior Visual Designer - Morning Shift

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison with Project Manager during UI design phase of the project
• Use defined journeys to create functional requirements, wireframes, LFMs and HFMs of the provided application or website
• Participate in project estimation activities when required
• Perform Graphic Design activities on provided tasks such as Logo, Flyer, Brochure, Social Media Artworks and Motion Titles etc.
• Create deployment for developers using tool such as Invision or Zeplin etc
• Ability to think critically, conduct research and creatively solve problems
• Ability to communicate clearly with peers and the ability to collaborate as a team
• Resolves and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
• All responsibilities of a Visual Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead design teams, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.
