The Senior Visual Merchandising Associate will be responsible for leading and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall presentation of products and promote brand image. This position involves creating captivating displays, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior visual merchandisers. The Senior Visual Merchandising Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining brand consistency, and elevating the customer shopping experience.
• Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement strategic visual merchandising plans aligned with the brand's overall business objectives following the same thematic and concept of each ongoing campaign.
• Display Creation and Execution: Design and set up innovative displays to showcase products, utilizing creative techniques, props, and visual elements to attract and engage customers.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior visual merchandising team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent execution of visual standards across all locations.
• Store Layout and Design: Collaborate with store managers and interior designers to optimize store layout, traffic flow, and product placement to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Brand Identity and Compliance: Ensure all visual elements are consistent with the brand's identity and guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual representation across different channels.
