SENIOR VISUALIZER - ARCHITECT

About the Role

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Visualizer to lead the production and quality control of CGI outputs across multiple projects. This role is critical in delivering high-end architectural visualizations and ensuring consistency with the firm’s design vision.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Senior Architects and design teams, actively contributing to workshops, presentations, and the overall design process while maintaining the highest visual standards.

Key Responsibilities :Design & Visualization

• Develop and deliver high-quality architectural renderings and visual content independently.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to conceptualize and visualize projects.
• Produce compelling static images, animations, and multimedia presentations.
• Translate architectural concepts into visually engaging representations across various media.
• Present and communicate visual ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and visualization techniques.
• Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to Junior Visualizers.

Technical & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all visual outputs meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Maintain consistency with company file management and naming conventions.
• Conduct thorough QA/QC checks before submission or presentation.
• Apply a solid understanding of building construction principles in visualizations.
• Support material and supplier research when required.
• Identify project risks and communicate effectively with project leaders.
• Maintain accurate records of project updates, meetings, and action points.
• Complete timesheets and follow company procedures.

Requirements Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Membership in a recognized architectural body is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in visualization and design tools, including:
• 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp
• V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, D5, Chaos Vantage, Enscape
• AutoCAD, Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural visualization or creative leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renderings and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing projects independently across various design stages.
• Exposure to innovative design practices locally or internationally is preferred.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, and their application is an advantage.
