Overview
Dubai based maintenance company is hiring a UAE experienced Senior Wall Painter

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute wall painting projects on various construction sites, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Select appropriate paints and coatings based on project specifications, color theory principles, and client preferences.
• Operate a wide range of hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, sanders, and scaffolding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project scope and specific requirements for each job.
• Perform related tasks such as trim carpentry, fixture installation, restoration work, masonry finishing, drywall repair, stucco application, and basic carpentry as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment by managing waste materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• The candidate must be able to speak English and make reports on inspections and carried out works.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
