Senior Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for pick & pack and bottling operations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to maximize productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and ensure all orders go out on time, every time.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and keep the warehouse running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment (OSHA compliance).
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and keep morale high.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience (pick & pack and/or bottling preferred).
• Proven track record of leading teams to hit operational targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Proactive, organized, and thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet as needed.
• Bonus: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience.
