Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Purpose of the Job

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This position involves supervising warehouse staff, implementing safety and operational procedures, and optimizing inventory management processes. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a well-organized and safe work environment, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Job Description

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Develop and optimize warehouse processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage scheduling and allocation of resources, including labor and equipment.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
• Experience with lean warehousing principles and process improvement methodologies
