About the Role: As an esthetician at our boutique, you will be delivering premium waxing services to both men and women in a luxurious, welcoming environment. What We’re Looking For:

• Must Have Waxing Experience: We’re seeking someone who has experience in waxing and will perform services on both male and female clients (training on advanced techniques will be provided).
• Licensed Esthetician in Colorado: You should have the appropriate state licensure.
• Customer Service Excellence: You should be outgoing, friendly, and professional at all times, with the ability to connect with clients and make them feel comfortable.
• Detail-Oriented & Efficient: We take pride in our work, so attention to detail is essential. You’ll need to be reliable, self-motivated, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.
• Team Player: We’re looking for someone who works well with others, communicates effectively, and enjoys contributing to a positive team dynamic.
• Flexible & Available: We're seeking someone who is ready and willing to work at 100%.
